Dallas is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Dallas follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

The food was great! But my waitress, Mary Jane was just as sweet as the banana bread French toast with a chocolate drizzle, that she recommended to me! Great personality and knowledge about the menu. Looking forward to going back to see what she suggests next time!

Great place! It really is open 24/7, and thatβs why Iβm here. Rafael attended me right away with smile at 6am. Clean, spacious, plenty of seating and 4-person tables. Expansive menu, self-serve bottomless coffee bar, and free WiFi. What more could a student or remote worker want? Iβm glad I came. Looking forward to coming back.

I tried this location for the first time after having good experiences at the Richardson and Deep Ellum locations, so I had higher expectations coming in. Right from the start, something felt off. After I sat down, no one came to take my order for about 10 minutes. Eventually someone came over asking what I wanted to drink, and I told them I had already placed my order which made it clear there was confusion about who was actually serving which tables. That alone was a red flag β³ As I sat there, I also noticed multiple plates sitting at the expo window for a long time with staff constantly walking by but no one taking them out. Despite having plenty of employees, no one seemed to know what they were doing. At that point, I probably should have walked out, but I didnβt want to judge too quickly. I ordered the chicken fried steak with hash browns. When the food finally came out, it was disappointing the steak tasted overly greasy, like it had been double or even triple fried, and the eggs were runny. I didnβt even finish it. On top of that, my actual server never came back to check on me. The hash browns I ordered were sitting at the expo window for about 15 minutes and were neve

Iβve been eating here for a long time eventhough I live in OK. I always try to eat here when in town. Interestingly, itβs always breakfast or brunch. I can honestly say Iβve never had lunch or dinner here. I ordered the Mexican Omelette while my wife got the Spinach Omelette. Both dishes were good. I believe she also got coffee from the coffee bar. Thatβs a must if you drink coffee. They have all different kinds of coffee. Lots of people order that. Food wise, in the past I would always get the Classic Breakfast. That was always really good. Trying to eat better these days so went with the omelette. Overall good place to eat. Can definitely be a little loud when itβs packed as well as a little tight but itβs worth it. Canβt say Iβve ever regretted it.

Always great food & service. Never had anything that wasn't great. This last time was the server's recommendation of the Poland crepes, & they didn't disappoint. Highly recommend!
